Over the last two decades we have been involved in designing, specifying and developing residential developments.

Company Founder Lara White is a certified Interior Designer and Property stylist and has worked as a UK design consultant for TV's House Doctor network.

At Fabpad Studio, we are able to offer our design skills remotely at a fraction of the cost.

We use latest 4K photo realistic design software to produce 3D interior and exterior visuals for building projects in the UK and all over the world. 

Our clients include home owners who are remodelling new or existing properties, contractors, architects, developers and estate agents.

Fabpad Studio has also just launched a virtual staging service where we can virtually stage a whole house or commercial space for less than the price of an armchair.

We work with contractors advising their clients or directly with homeowners who are looking to maximise on style for their budget and struggling with decisions of layout, design, style or choice of fixtures and fittings.
