We have fifteen years of experience in developing 'hotel style' fully furnished residential and investment property with an emphasis on a good return on investment achieved through clever specification, interior design and styling.

At Fabpad we have combined our certified interior design skills and experience running a property styling consultancy ( as part of TV’s House Doctor network) with fifteen years of property investing in Brighton and Hove ( Fabpad Investments Ltd).
We are accredited NLA landlords and part of both national and local property landlord and investor networks.
